Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Reliefo device. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer Liability: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or is defective upon arrival, Reliefo will cover all costs for the return and replacement. Please contact us immediately at support@tryreliefo.com with photos of the damage to initiate a claim.
